Four56 (grades 4-6)
A fun program designed specifically for fourth, fifth and sixth graders to have fun, make new friends, and grow in God's Word.
Our program includes meeting monthly as well as throughout the year for service projects, family nights, and Winter Camp.
Parents, we'd LOVE your help in partnering together with the ministry. There are plenty of places to serve once a year or once a month.
If you have questions regarding Four56, please contact Alma Townsend at almat@psalm61.org

Parents, if your child is ALREADY registered online for Winter Camp, please click here to complete the required paperwork. This also includes details about camp and what to pack! Please bring the completed paperwork and any remaining payment with you to registration. (If needed, instructions are below on how to easily complete the paperwork by computer rather than filling in by hand).
If you have not yet registered online, please do so. Space is still available.
Please note, check-in is open from 1:00PM to 1:30PM at church. We look forward to two great weekends having fun, building friendships, and growing in Christ as we learn God’s Word!

INSTRUCTIONS to complete paperwork electronically: In addition to being able to print and complete the camp form by hand, this year the forms have been modified to allow most information to be entered on your computers. This feature is a benefit to ensure legibility and to families with more than one camper. For security purposes the forms cannot be saved once filled in; they can only be printed.
1) Fill the forms out for your first camper. Use the tab key to move from field to field, click a check box or use the enter/return key to check/uncheck a box.
2) Print and sign the fields requesting signatures. Information requesting “circle one” will also need to be completed by hand.
3) Revise the forms for your next camper, then complete step two. Repeat for each additional camper, as each camper must have his/her own TRCC and Thousand Pines Medical Forms on file.
