No One Walks Alone

Supporting One Another Through Every Season

The Care and Mercy Ministry exists to provide love and support to people struggling with life's challenges. We all have experienced a time when we need the help of others. Whatever your struggle, we are here for you and want to help however we can.

Please get in touch with Gilbert Nunez, Deacon of Care and Mercy, if you need home/hospital visits, house repairs & maintenance, meals, or prayer. If you have questions or want to learn how to serve, contact us.

Meals Ministry

Bringing Comfort Through Meals

The Meals Ministry at The Rock Community Church offers a heartfelt service to members experiencing significant life events, such as the arrival of a new baby, recovering from hospital stays, or navigating the loss of a loved one. This ministry provides a tangible expression of the church's support and care by organizing volunteers to prepare and deliver meals to these individuals or families during their times of need.

Participants in the ministry have the flexibility to either cook meals at home or opt for takeout, ensuring that the act of giving is accessible to everyone. To cater to specific needs and preferences, recipients can share their dietary restrictions and food preferences, guiding volunteers in their meal preparation or selection. This thoughtful coordination ensures that the assistance provided is both meaningful and practical. Overall, the Meals Ministry embodies the church's commitment to nurturing a supportive and compassionate community, demonstrating love in action by ensuring no one has to face life's challenges alone.
